This website allows the consumers to manage their Tata Sky account including recharging their account, upgrading the base pack, ordering Showcase movies, adding new packages, and contacting customer care.
After activation of Tata Sky Account, customers can log on to www.mytatasky.com for completing registration. In order to recharge the account, consumers need to click on the ‘Account Recharge’ option and make payment using Credit Cards, Debit Cards or Net banking
Alternatively, consumers can also recharge their account by using online recharge services such as
www.oxicash.in, Bank of India Instapay, Rechargeitnow.com, Citibank Bill Payment and Visa Bill Pay.
Recharge via Tata Sky helpline
Customers can also make calls to Tata Sky helpline for recharging their account using credit card. For this consumers need to simple make call to helpline number, select the ‘Recharge’ option followed by selecting ‘Pay by Credit Card’ option.

Recharge via local dealers
Customers can also get their account recharged through Tata Sky dealers by using any of the following methods.
Paying cash to dealers:Customer is required to make cash payment equal to recharge amount to the dealer along with his/her subscriber ID. Dealer will recharge the account instantly via pinless and paperless transaction.
Buying Recharge Vouchers:Customers can purchase the recharge voucher of desired denomination and scratch the reverse of the RCV to obtain the 16 digit PIN. Customer can use this PIN via any of the following methods:
· SMS RC (16-digit recharge PIN) to 56633 from Mobile Number registered with account
· Using RCV to recharge account online via www.mytatasky.com
· Using RCV to recharge account by using Tata Sky helpline
Atom mobile application:
Consumer can also recharge their account by using atom application from their mobile phone. For this, one requires a Java MIDP2.0 mobile phone with GPRS activated. Consumers only need to send an SMS for downloading the application and get registered. Once the customer account is registered with Atom Mobile application, he/she can recharge Tata Sky on-the-go.
Customer can also make Tata Sky payments by writing cheque in favour of ‘Tata Sky Ltd.’ and submit it at the Skypak drop box in their locality. Customer should mention their Tata Sky subscriber ID and mobile number on the reverse of the cheque.
Customers can also make payment via Auto Debit facility. For using this service, consumers need to authorize Tata Sky for debitingtheir bank account or credit card for a fixed pre-determined amount.One has to get registered for using this facility. In
